Brett brings a hands-on, construction-driven approach to every property he evaluates. With a strong background in building, renovations, and real estate, he’s known for his reliability, attention to detail, and commitment to doing things the right way. Whether he’s helping a family sell a distressed home or assisting investors with a major rehab, Brett treats every property like it’s his own. His calm, solutions-first mindset gives homeowners clarity, comfort, and a stress-free experience from the first conversation to closing day.
As a second-generation St. Tammany Parish resident, Ryan has deep roots across the Northshore. He grew up in Mandeville, attended Our Lady of the Lake and St. Paul’s, and earned his degree from LSU before building a career in construction and real estate. Today, Ryan owns a licensed general contracting company (Total Construction & Renovation LLC), flips homes throughout St. Tammany, and manages a rental portfolio built one property at a time. His focus is helping families in difficult situations, guiding investors, and improving housing across the community.
Born and raised in Slidell, Cole jumped into real estate earlier than most — attending investor meetings at just 16 and buying his first rental property at 18. Today, he works with Sell Northshore and leads the Northshore Real Estate Investors Association, helping homeowners find solutions and connecting local investors with real opportunities. With a background in photography and marketing, Cole understands how to tell the story of a home, analyze deals, and create meaningful community connections. He brings hustle, creativity, and heart into every situation.
